This policy explains what personal information Codes Atlas System collects through this website, how it is used and what choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
This website is a static site. It does not create accounts or store information in a database of its own.
It does use Google Analytics, which is described below and which does set cookies.
The enquiry form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the details you entered are composed into a message and handed to WhatsApp for you to send. Nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send that message, and no copy is stored by this website.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or in person, we hold the details you give us for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, if we work together, delivering the project.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6ZP808E8LH) to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and which enquiries start where. It runs on every page.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including your IP address, the pages you view and general device details. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy rather than this one. We use it to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you individually, and we do not combine it with the details you send us through an enquiry.
Most browsers can block these cookies, and browser extensions that block analytics will stop it working entirely. Nothing on this site depends on it, so blocking it costs you nothing.
Third-party content
Pages that show our location embed a map from Google Maps. That embed is loaded only when you scroll it into view. When it loads, Google may receive information about your visit and may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy rather than this one.
Links to our Google Business Profile and to WhatsApp take you to services operated by those companies, under their own terms and privacy policies.
How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to deliver and support a project if we work together. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant to a live or prospective project. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as we have a legal or contractual reason to hold them, and deleted when we do not.
Your choices
